Gary Udell
Co-Owner
Gary is a Co-Principal of the firm and is very well known throughout the industry. He had the honor of being the first representative from a sales agency to serve on the PBA's (Professional Beauty Association) Manufacturer's Leadership Council. He has served on the Beauty and Barber Institute (the only rep principal in the Northeast to do so). He also is the author of many articles and has participated in many Industry Seminars. He is involved with key accounts as well as directing and coordinating the sales force. He resides in New York City with his wife and teenage daughter.

Glenn Udell
Co-Owner
As Co-Principal of the firm, Glenn is recognized throughout the industry as one of the hardest working rep principals in the country. Glenn has helped pioneer much of the company’s accounts and territories and is credited with directing much of the growth of the company. The area Glenn covers includes New York Metropolitan area, New Jersey, parts of Delaware, MD, VA and DC. Glenn has two sons and resides in Northern New Jersey with his wife Miriam.

Pamela Piacenza
Customer Service Sales
Pam has been with Gerry Udell, Inc. for over 8 years and is in charge of Sales/Customer Service. She is very well known by our customers and manufacturers for her incredible product knowledge, her ability to help solve problems, and her friendly demeanor. She also manages the office, computer system and website. Pam has been instrumental in developing our new order entry system which has proved to be a valuable tool for our manufacturer's and customer's. Pam helps coordinate the Cosmoprof, Nebra and Distributor Shows. Pam has two teenage daughters.

Donna Hampson
Commisions Payable
Donna has been with Gerry Udell for over 25 years. She works closely with Glenn Udell in an accounting capacity. In addition, Donna assists in providing us with up to date sales figures & other vital information. Donna also works closely with Pam to maintain our computer system. Donna & her husband have a son & daughter.

Glenn Cole
Glenn has been with Gerry Udell, Inc. for thirty years, achieving high goals each year! He covers New England and the Western New York State regions. He also has several accounts in the metropolitan area. Glenn is very well known and respected for his knowledge and expertise. Glenn's son Adam recently graduated from Harvard and is working in finance in New York City. His daughter Samantha is a sophomore at the University of Hartford. Glenn and his wife, Iva, of 25 years reside in the western suburbs of Boston. Glenn is an invaluable asset to the Udell team.

Mary Dunne
Mary covers the Metropolitan NY area, New Jersey, Westchester & Rockland Counties, as well as parts of the Pennsylvania area. Mary started with Gerry Udell Inc in 1996 in customer service as our Office Manager & began her successful stint "on the road" 11 years ago. Mary has developed a reputation for follow through that is unequaled in our industry. Mary has also received many awards for various sales achievements. She lives in New Jersey with her husband Paul & their 2 sons.

Bill Becker
Bill covers all of Pennsylvania, parts of MD, DE, and DC. Bill joined the company six years ago. His previous duties as a sales manager for a well-known manufacturer as well as his experience working for a distributor, has helped him become a very successful and productive rep! Bill has a son and daughter and lives with his family in a suburb of Philadelphia.

Brian Garrett
Brian has been with Gerry Udell, Inc. for five years. Prior to joining the firm, Brian worked for a competitive rep firm. Before becoming a rep, Brian was a distributor in the NY area. These experiences have contributed tremendously to Brian's success with the firm. Brian covers the metropolitan NY area as well as southern New Jersey. Brian and his wife have two children and reside on Long Island.

Gerry Udell
Gerry Udell, the newest member to the team, has spent the last year with the company getting acclimated to the Beauty Industry. He has worked hard traveling around with the team gaining familiarity with the territory along with getting to know the customer base. He currently calls on customers in the NY/NJ area.
Gerry graduated from the University of Massachusetts (Amherst) - Isenberg School of Management with a Bachelor of Science Degree. Prior to working with the company he gained invaluable sales experience with Jones Lang LaSalle in Commericial Real Estate Brokerage. He currently lives in Hoboken, NJ.
